Free online image editors

If you are looking for online image editors then I highly recommend following two sites. They are free to use basic features (which include great set of filters). Pro might give you more goodies. I really like them from the p.o.v of creating new image rather than editing an existing image.

1. Pixlr

Apart from image editing, pixlr provides nice integration with facebook, picasa, flickr and their own image hosting service imm.io (no signup required). Pixlr also supports multiple languages.

2. Sumo Paint
http://www.sumopaint.com/app/

Similar to pixlr but no integration with other hosting sites. They do provide their own hosting service for which you need an account (free I guess). Language support is not as extensive as pixlr but they have nice set of filters and better UI.
